The Oasis Family Fun Center is here to assist your non-profit organization achieve its fundraising goals. We can assist your group or organization in a number of ways.
Donations
If your group or organization is hosting a fundraising event such as a silent auction and are in need of auction items or door prizes, we are always happy to donate an item. Please email your donation request to info@oasisfamilyfun.com or mail it to 35 Lacrue Ave., Suite 4, Glen Mills, PA 19342. Please submit all requests at least 4-6 weeks prior to the date of your event. We require your organization’s Federal Tax ID number and your contact information to be included with your request. If you would like your donation mailed to you, please include a self addressed stamped envelope (2 stamps are required) with your donation request.
School Spirit Night
Monday nights from 6pm – 8pm during the school year we will donate our facility to local public and private schools to help them raise money. Your school sets the admission price, sells the tickets, collects and keeps all the money. We provide access to all of our attractions and free video game play. In addition, we will donate 10% of all food and drink sales during the event to your school. It’s your facility for the night so if you want to host a silent auction or a raffle you can do that too.
50/50 Night
Invite the community out to The Oasis on a Wednesday night during the school year, excluding holidays, from 5pm – 8pm and help your organization raise money while having lots of fun. Your organization will receive 50% of all admission revenue and 10% of food and beverage sales generated that night.
All fundraisers must be reserved and your non-profit organization will be required to provide your Federal Tax ID number in order to hold a fundraiser at The Oasis.
