The Oasis Family Fun Center is here to assist your non-profit organization or charity in achieving your fundraising goals. We can assist your group or organization in a number of ways.
Donations - If your group or organization is hosting a fundraising event such as a silent auction and are in need of auction items or door prizes, we are always happy to donate an item.
Free Night - Monday nights from 6pm-8pm we will give the facility to a group or organization to help them raise money. This includes exclusive use of the facility, access to all of our attractions, and free video game play. Food and redemption game play would be additional and are optional. If you opt to have us open our café your group or organization would receive 10% of all food sales.
Facility Rental - If you would like to use our facility to host a fundraiser and our facility is not available for our Free Night option, we can offer you the facility at a discounted rate. Our normal rates to rent the facility are $2,000 for 2 hours and $2,500 for 3 hours. This includes exclusive use of the facility, access to all of our attractions, and free video game play. Food and redemption game play would be additional and are optional. Two hours of exclusive use of the facility can be purchased for $1,000. This option is available on Tuesday – Thursday nights from 6pm-8pm.
50/50 Night - We can designate a night during the week, Tuesday – Thursday, from 5pm-8pm as your organization's night. Your group would receive 50% of all admission revenue and 10% of food sales generated that night.
If there are ideas for fundraisers that have worked for you in the past that you do not see on the above list, please contact us and we can try to work together and come up with a plan to best suit your organization’s needs.
If your group would like us to help, please provide us with documentation on your organization’s letterhead detailing what your organization does and what the fundraiser is for. Your group or organization should be a non-profit organization and tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
